Jus de citron vif et acidulé, issu de fruits difformes 100 % pressés à froid. Indispensable pour les sours et cocktails, les limonades maison rapides et les sodas rafraîchissants. Excellent également dans les vinaigrettes, le lemon curd, les pâtisseries et les sorbets. Sans sucre ni édulcorants ajoutés. Jamais à base de concentré.
Got through a whole bottle just making lemonade for the kids—so much more bracing than the concentrate stuff, and it’s great knowing it’s from wonky fruit that would’ve been wasted.
I’ve already used two bottles for lemonade and a vinaigrette, and the tangy flavor is spot-on. It’s nice knowing the wonky fruit gets used, though I wish the price were a bit lower for a 6-pack.
The taste is genuinely sharp and fresh—you can tell it's cold-pressed from real lemons. I find it a bit too tart for straight lemonade, but it works perfectly in cocktails and salad dressings. For the price, I expected a slightly milder flavor.
