Scherp, pittig citroensap van 100% koudgeperste imperfecte vruchten. Onmisbaar voor sours en cocktails, snelle zelfgemaakte limonades en verfrissende frisdranken. Ook uitstekend in dressings, lemon curd, gebak en sorbets. Geen toegevoegde suikers of zoetstoffen. Nooit van concentraat.
Got through a whole bottle just making lemonade for the kids—so much more bracing than the concentrate stuff, and it’s great knowing it’s from wonky fruit that would’ve been wasted.
I’ve already used two bottles for lemonade and a vinaigrette, and the tangy flavor is spot-on. It’s nice knowing the wonky fruit gets used, though I wish the price were a bit lower for a 6-pack.
The taste is genuinely sharp and fresh—you can tell it's cold-pressed from real lemons. I find it a bit too tart for straight lemonade, but it works perfectly in cocktails and salad dressings. For the price, I expected a slightly milder flavor.
